Returns & Exchanges

At Kai Collective, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and clear any old shipping labels from the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
